Human subject research are often either medical research or non-medical research As per 45 CFR 46, a living individual about whom an agent directing examination and acquires data or biospecimens through mediation or cooperation with the individual, and uses, considers, or breaks down the information or biospecimens An individual's subject as any living individual about whom a specialist leading examination gets data or biospecimens through mediation or connection with the individual, and uses, contemplates or dissects the data are characterized by HHS guidelines. The data obtained through intervention or interaction with the individual used to Identify private information.
