A lot of research is being carried out by researchers across the globe to check health benefits, and to evaluate safety and nutritional value if consumed on a daily basis. Aim of this paper is to evaluate how probiotic microorganisms are helpful for keeping good health and boosting immunity of the individuals also helps the immune system to fight back against pathogenic bacteria that cause diseases such as diarrhoea, stomach bloating.
