Synthesis of ZnTiO3 and its gas sensing application
Author(s): Revannath D.NikamZinc-Titanate powder (ZnTiO3) was synthesized by mechnochemical technique using TiO2 and ZnO as a startingmaterial in 1:1mole ratio. Themixture were ball milled and heated between temperature 2000c to 4000c for various time The ZnTiO3 as a p-type semiconductor and it is H2S gas sensor at 3500c at concentration up to 100ppm.The XRD of this material shows crystalline nature, SEM indicate 38nm size, IR peck at 789cm-1and 977cm-1 indicating formation of ZnTiO3material.
