The rate of exchange is controlled by particle diffusion mechanism. The physical thermodynamic parameters such as activation energy and entropy of activation have been evaluated and compared with other inorganic and organic exchangers. The Langmuir and Freundlich models have been applied to the adsorption isotherm and different constants were generated.
