Simultaneous determination of pipenzolate bromide and phenobarbitone in pharmaceutical preparations by HPLC method

The suggested procedure was checked using laboratory prepared mixtures and was successfully applied for the analysis of their pharmaceutical preparation. The method retained its accuracy and precision when applying the standard addition technique. The results obtained by applying the proposed method were statistically analyzed and compared with those obtained by the manufacturer method.
