Lipases are versatile biocatalysts in research laboratories and various industries. Immobilized lipases have attracted tremendous attention due to their facile separation from the reaction system, improved stability towards harsh reaction conditions and recycled use. The differentmethods and carriers for lipase immobilization in progress are the topic of this review.
