Physical and nutritional analysis of apple juice samples

Fresh juice and canned juice were found to be free fromcaffeine and alcohol. Fresh juice has greater amount of total solids, ash, pH, Nitrogen, protein, reducing sugar, Vit. C, calcium, potassium and phosphorous.
