Density Of Electron States In Wurtzite-Like Boron Nitride: A Quasi-Classical Calculation
Author(s): Levan S.ChkhartishviliUsing the parameterization based on the quasi-classical atomic orbitals the density of electron states for boron nitride in the wurtzite structure is obtained.
