Construction of industrial safety evaluation system based on resource and environmental constraints

Industrial safety has become an important factor affecting the country's economic security, so scholars have paid more attention to it and have conducted a series of studies on the industrial safety evaluation index system. And in the context of a low-carbon economy, resources and environmental constraints is more important on the industry's own sustainable development and industrial security. Industrial safety evaluation system includes industrial domestic development environmental evaluation, industrial sustainable development capacity evaluation, industrial international competitiveness evaluation,industrial external dependence evaluation and industrial control evaluation. Based on these five indexes,construct the following industrial safety evaluation model. Vertical and horizontal comparison can be used to determine the overall state of the country’s industrial safety.
