An isocratic chiralHPLCmethodwas developed for the separation ofRamipril enantiomers. The mobile phase consists of n-hexane and 2-Propanol in the ratio of 900: 100(v/v)with 0.2ml volumes of Tri fluoro acetic acid and 0.1ml volume of Di ethyl amine. Thismethod is capable of detecting the Ramipril RRRRR-isomer up to 0.3µg/ml. The method was validated interms of Precision, Linearity,Accuracy, and Limit of detection and Limit ofQuantification.
